All events take place at Trinity Church, 3243 North Meridian Street, with ample parking available in the church lot at 33rd and North Meridian Streets. Child care is provided from 4:30 to 7:30 pm.

Brother Mark Brown, SSJE Topic: Communion and Community Under the Big Top
A priest and life-professed member of the Society of Saint John the Evangelist in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Br. Mark's ministries include spiritual direction and leading retreats for individuals, groups, parishes and dioceses across the U.S. and Canada. Of special interest to him is interfaith conversation. His current project is compiling interviews with people of different faith traditions who maintain a practice of prayer or meditation. He has also been panelist in interfaith discussion of political issues in Israel and Palestine. Br. Mark serves the SSJE community as music director and treasurer.

The Reverend Canon Leonel Lake Mitchell Topic: The History of Holy Communion
Ordained as a priest in 1954, Leonel Mitchell has spent years teaching, most notably as Professor Emeritus of Liturgics at Seabury-Western Theological Seminary, and lecturing across the country at Yale Divinity School, University of Notre Dame and Yale Divinity School. Dr. Frank Burch Brown Topic: Forging a Deeper Sense of Communion Through Music and the Arts
Frank Burch Brown is the F. D. Kershner Proffessor of Religion and the Arts at Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. Dr. Brown is author of four books, including Religious Aesthetics (Princeton Univ. Press, 1989) and Good Taste, Bad Taste, and Christian Taste: Aesthetics in Religious Life (Oxford Univ. Press, 2000). He is currently editing the 700-page Oxford Handbook of Religion and the Arts. A composer of more than 20 commissioned works, Brown gave the Walter Hussey Lecture in the Church and the Arts at Oxford University in 1993.

Reverend Michael Jones Topic: Church and City Coming Together for a Good Purpose?Can We Make It Happen?
An almost-native of Indianapolis (he was born in Minneapolis, but grew up here) Michael K. Jones completed his B.A. at Harvard, and went on to earn a Master of Divinity from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis. As senior pastor at Progressive Baptist Church, Jones fights for social justice, human dignity and spiritual development through ministries that deal with domestic violence and substance abuse. Under Jones' leadership, the church and its partner agency feed and clothe 1,200 homeless and transitional people every month.
