In many ways, the most important prayers we pray in our Sunday liturgy come at the end of the service as we invite God to send us into the world. We come to the altar and partake of sacred food so that we will be nourished and strengthened for the work that lies ahead.
Our work comes in many forms—professions, avocations, volunteer efforts, caring for friends and family, caring for ourselves. Our work often leads us in surprising directions.
For adult forums (Sundays at 9 am in the Fortune Room) during the season of Lent, we have invited several Trinity parishioners to reflect on the work they do and how life at Trinity shapes and prepares them the work that lies ahead.
Join us to become more acquainted with these members of our parish community and to think with them about all forms of work and ministry to which God calls us.
