Youth Outreach

Youth are active in outreach projects by investing their time, talents, and treasures.

They participate in several annual projects including cleaning up the alleys of the Mapleton-Fall Creek neighborhood, walking in CROP Walk for world hunger, building for Habitat for Humanity and Gleaners Food Bank distribution.

Fund-raising projects (like the annual Christmas Cookie Bake and Mother's Day car wash) invest a portion of their profits in a Youth Grant Fund. Members of YAC write and issue grants from the Youth Grant Fund for other outreach projects.
